very hot when we arrived and the hotel has very few air con rooms. I had to ask for one instead of being offered. WiFi didn't work all the time and TV in one of our rooms was not working

We loved the fact that our quad room was 2 rooms, 1 with 2 twins and 1 with a double. The bath was in 2 rooms as well and even had 2 sinks. It was a perfect arrangment for our family. It was only a few km away from Pont Du Gard and convenient to other sights around Arles, Avignon, Orange etc without paying the bigger city room prices. Need to have access to a car.. Reserve parking in the building... Reserve in advance only 4 spots. Close to large grocery store and across the street from a great bakery.
Remoulins is very small and very quiet in the evening

The two girls working in the hote lare verry helpfull and kind. Breakfast is okay.
They have a room, number 1, without a window. We had that room. Unfortunatly there was also a lot of noice from the airco things on the roof. We had a verry bad night. It was possible to chance. Verry kind en gentle. However, this is a room that they shoedn't use because it is a terrible room.

The staff were really nice. We booked two rooms and initally the rooms where in different places but the hotelier change this at my request so that we were on the same floor.
Hot water was a little bit of an issue on the first day we were there but after that there was no problem. In the second room the shower was hand held only which was not ideal but ok. The tv had only sound with no picture on most of the channels - so only one channel available for viewing - not so bad as we were there to sleep!

We used the family room (really 2 rooms) with an extra bed added for the 3rd child. It was very clean, not far from the Pont du Gard, and had a lot of local charm. The people who run it were very relaxed, charming and helpful, and it made for a particularly enjoyable 2-night stay. We ate in the restaurant one evening and thought the food very good. Its small so doesn't feel like an 'industrial' hotel, and we thought it excellent value
The family room is overlooking the road and, even with the double-glazed windows and shutters shut, there is some road noise - especially when lorries go by. It didn't bother us much, and certainly didn't spoil our stay, but its probably better to know about it in advance

Good bed and bath ,nice terras for coffees outside, good breakfast, friendly serving staff,
Palaver about rooms, reserved but hotel full, not clear which rooms were free. Not nice that the room did not have fresh air, restaurant disappointing: staff not interested in service, faulty bill

Nothing. The restaurant was fair but not fantastic.
It was smelly downstairs and just a bit grubby all over.
